Thank you for shopping with us. Please read the shipping guidelines carefully so you know exactly how your order will be handled.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.


2. Shipping Timelines

We ship across India.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • All orders are delivered within 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

This is a standard estimate. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping is usually free or as shown at checkout.

  • COD Orders (if available): COD charges may apply.

  • Final shipping charges will always appear at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to get updated by the courier partner.


5. Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

  • If an incorrect address is provided or delivery attempts are missed, the package may return to us.

  • Re-shipping the order will require an additional shipping fee.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will refund or resend the order once the courier confirms the issue.

  • If the outer packaging looks tampered or damaged, record a video and refuse to accept the parcel.


7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
